Telecom Services

Both members and non-members can make cash withdrawals or deposits through our Safaricom M-Pesa agents using the following details:

Members are able to make deposits or pay for their loans through our Safaricom Lipa na M-Pesa service using the following details:

NOTE

For transactions involving depositing or payment of loans, the narration code implies the purpose of the transaction so e.g. xxxx-DEP means that a member "xxxx" is making a deposit to their account. The most common narration codes are DEP (deposit), SHC (Share Capital), HOL (Holiday Savings), and LN (Loan).

Banking Services

Both members and non-members can make Co-operative Bank of Kenya transactions that include cash deposit taking, cash withdrawals, payment of school fees, utility payments, balance enquiry, mini-statements, among others, through our Co-op kwa Jirani agents.
