FOSA Credit Application

Members are welcomed to utilize the various FOSA credit products we have in place as long as they are elligible to apply for one.

NOTE

One qualifies for credit by:

  • Being an active member of the society with the required deposits.
  • Reaching the minimum number of guarantors, holding a satisfactory payslip etc. as per the terms of the product.
  • Not exceeding the threshold of credit products a member can apply for.
  • Filling in and submitting the required forms. The Loan form is exclusively collected from our office while the Advance form can be downloaded online.
